The wonderful world of duct tape is full of oddities. People use it for everything—even some things that are a little odd. It comes in many colors and designs—just about every color you can imagine; pink, purple, green, gold, red and black to name a few, and of course, silver!
How about a prom dress, made completely out of tape? There are some seriously beautiful dresses being constructed completely out of duct tape by prom-goers around the world. Can’t find a prom dress that you like? Make one—out of tape!
What about your prom date? If you are making a tape prom dress, it will be nearly impossible to find him something to wear to match—in comes tape tuxedoes!
Stuck on the side of the road with a broken fan belt? Duct tape to the rescue! Twist the tape sticky side together to make a belt that can get you home!
Is the cover falling off of your book? Fix it with tape.
Need a bookmark? Fold a piece of tape in half for a spiffy bookmark.
Got an important interview and can’t find a tie to wear? Why not make a tie out of it?
Need to repel down a mountain? Duct tape to the rescue! Braid it for a super strong rope.
Need a new purse? Construct one out of tape! You can design it anyway you want—the perfect way to get the perfect purse for you!
Is your wallet broken and lying in shambles? Create a tape wallet that will be sleek and will fit well into your pocket, while holding your cash and cards!
Shoelaces broken? Duct tape to the rescue again. Make thin strips of tape ‘fabric’ (sticky sides together) and lace through your shoes.
It can be used for many things and in many ways. With a little creativity, duct tape can solve all your problems!
